Places to Fall and Rise | Performance
Places to Fall and Rise: A women's prison. The floor of the courtyard is painted with definitions: Place of Anger - Place of You. Upstairs, nearby the cells, the woman continuously dresses and undresses. Downstairs the man bashes a metal tube against the bars. The woman tears off white papers from the walls. She washes her hands in a bucket of white paint. She drips the paint from her fingers. She exits the building. The man speaks single words about society and constriction. The woman passes by the spectators, showing a secret hidden in her white hands. The woman lays down, the man invites the visitors to write on her skin with a huge nail and golden color. The man lies down side-by-side to the woman.
